ER Event Photography is based in Manchester and covers conferences, awards, corporate events, private celebrations and brand events across the UK.
We photograph a huge variety of events across Manchester, the North West and throughout the UK. Our work includes conferences, awards ceremonies, corporate events, gala dinners, product launches, PR events, networking events, charity events, Christmas and summer parties, private parties and celebrations.
Every event is different, which is exactly why we enjoy what we do. Our approach is relaxed and natural, capturing the atmosphere, people, details and all those moments happening around the room without constantly interrupting the event.
Absolutely. We’re Manchester-based event photographers, but we regularly travel throughout the UK.
We frequently photograph events across Manchester, Cheshire, Liverpool and the wider North West, as well as travelling further afield to locations including London, Birmingham and across the country.
For events within approximately 25 miles of Manchester, we don’t normally charge additional travel costs. For events further afield, we’ll provide any travel costs clearly as part of your quotation.
Yes. Conference photography is a big part of what we do, from smaller business events and networking sessions through to large conferences taking place over several days.
We can photograph keynote speakers, panel discussions, delegates, networking, exhibitors, sponsors, branding, breakout sessions and evening entertainment.
As a two-person photography team, we’re also able to cover different areas of an event at the same time, which is particularly useful at busy conferences where there’s a lot happening.
Yes. Alongside professional event photography, we can also capture short-form video content from your event and create social media reels.
It’s a great way of showing the atmosphere and energy of an event alongside the finished photographs.
Where we provide a complimentary social media reel, this is offered as a collaboration for social reach and isn’t part of the contracted photography package. If you require video content for your own independent marketing or promotional use, just let us know when you enquire and we can discuss the options available.
Our standard event photography rate is from £155 per hour.
Parking and travel outside our normal Manchester coverage area may be charged separately. Every event is slightly different, so we’re always happy to provide a clear quotation based on the location, timings and coverage you need.
Our style is natural, relaxed and documentary-led. We want your photographs to show what the event actually felt like, rather than spending the evening asking everyone to stop what they’re doing and pose for the camera.
We’ll capture the important photographs your brief requires, including speakers, branding, sponsors, awards and VIPs, while also looking for genuine reactions, interactions and the little moments happening in between.

Our standard turnaround time for fully edited event photographs is within 5 working days.
We understand that event images are often needed quickly for social media, PR, internal communications and post-event marketing, but we also don’t believe in sacrificing the quality of the finished photography just to deliver images faster.
For conferences, live or on-the-day edited images can sometimes be provided where the event schedule allows. This is ideal if your marketing or social media team needs professional photographs while the conference is still taking place.
We can also offer a 24-hour turnaround service for an additional fee, subject to availability. If you need priority delivery, let us know when booking and we can discuss the best option for your event.
We recommend getting in touch as soon as you have your event date confirmed, particularly for conferences, awards ceremonies and larger corporate events.
Our diary can fill up well in advance, especially during busy event periods, but it’s always worth asking about last-minute availability too. As a two-person team, we only take on bookings where we know we can provide the level of coverage and service our clients expect.
To check availability, simply send us your event date, venue, timings and the type of event you’re planning. We’ll let you know if we’re available and provide a quotation based on the coverage you need.
Your finished photographs are professionally edited and supplied in high-resolution digital format, ready for you to download and use.
We provide your images through a private online gallery, making it easy for your event, marketing or PR team to access and share the photographs.
Images are carefully selected and individually edited to maintain a consistent professional finish across the whole event. We focus on delivering a strong collection that tells the complete story of the day, from the key moments and important people to the atmosphere, branding and details that make your event unique.
