We were asked by The Pavilion, Birtle to shoot one of their events live, from the guests and service.  Shooting a live service does throw up its challenges, the main one being not to get in the chef’s way.  We worked closely with the owners and kitchen staff and waitress staff to get the natural look they wanted.
